Michelle Wang-Week 7

Botswana remade itself with implementations in infrastructure and education. In terms of infrastructure and education, Lewin emphasizes the country was able to experience gains in health and life expectancy which led to poverty reduction and more education (81). We are able to see that Botswana went through rapid development leads to a good quality of life. Lewin states that Botswana transitioned into a government that respects property rights, rule of the law, and high degree of transparency within its government (82). This is an example of a good government and the government is able to acknowledge cooperation with the people in order to ensure stability for a country. Botswana was able to rebrand itself as there is a connection between the government, industry, and the people. With rule of law, there are more human rights that provide development and success for Bhutan. In addition, this is an example of good policy that leads to a better government and attracts foreign direct investment. Lewin states that Botswana saved its current account of balance of payments and government invested in infrastructures (88). This helps the country’s economy in the long run and provides a better of standard of living to its citizens. I believe that Botswana was successful in achieving its aesthetics and focused on important issues in the country such as infrastructures and education. In order for Botswana to achieve further national aesthetics, Botswana could consider future startups, enterprises, and market the country more internationally. This comes from the government, industries, and people working together. One of Botswana's main focus is education is similar to Honduras’ goals. According to LaFleur and Lopez, one of Honduras's goal is to focus on education achievement (4). Honduras focused on providing educational policies and making education more accessible. This can lead to better a socio-economic status for Hondurans and improves the government.

With our tourism social media campaign product, we want to cater to the interest of the Bhutanese and bring more spiritual folks who will be respect Bhutanese culture and spirituality. We will need the support of the Bhutanese and understand their needs in order to receive the support of government holders. With this, our product will continue to promote and preserve the spirituality, environmentalism, and Bhutanese culture as this is what the Bhutanese want.
